Personality: Shingo is polite, mild mannered, forthright and honest, generally. He cares deeply for his sister, Hina, and after the deaths of their parents let him in charge of looking after her, he took that role very seriously. He believes fully in the stated mission of a police officer to help people and that is what motivates him to try to help Eiji (The titular Kamen Rider OOO) after he is no longer playing host to Ankh.

This will is so strong that after his body heals from the wounds that would have killed him if not for Ankh possessing him, he takes action to try to stop Ankh from hurting people when he goes rogue. He is able to partially overcome Ankh’s control enough to congratulate his sister after a fashion show competition. He ends up punching something with his own human left hand instead of letting Ankh use his monstrous right hand when it came down to protecting Hina.

Even before the series he protected a gangster that was an informant with his own body and got his arm broken in the process. Even if the person he was protecting would be generally considered scum, he saw his value and believed in him to be able to leave organized crime behind.

He isn't wholly selfless, though. He has a fondness for technology and bought himself a new iPhone. But he got a little embarrassed and hid it in his room without telling his sister. He also will tell someone a tough truth if he thinks they need to hear it. There are no white lies to save face or feelings with him.

☆INTERSTELLAR

Chosen Powers: none applicable
Chosen Equipment: Cloaking Device and Bubble Shield
Relevant Skills: He is a police detective so he has all the skills that accompany that: intuition, physically adept, and a decent shot. He is also fond of computers and mobile technology so he should be able to pick up most computer systems pretty easily with some time to adapt (much like how a Windows user switches to Mac for the first time.)
Character Goals: He's here specifically because of Ankh but he would agree regardless of personal interest. His morals would not tolerate not providing aide when asked. Even if he'd be a bit flabbergasted that they even asked him when Eiji is over there being a super hero.
